Step 1: Create your Otter.ai account
- Go to otter.ai and click Sign Up
- Use your Google or Microsoft account for quick setup (or email)
- On the onboarding screen, select Work as your use case
- Choose your plan — the free plan gives 300 minutes of transcription per month, sufficient for most designers with a few client calls per week
