The client's brand guidelines (PDF, Word doc, or website link)
15–20 minutes of notes about the client's preferences and past feedback
Time needed: 45 minutes to set up; 5 minutes per new task after

Step 1: Create a new Claude Project for the client

Log in to claude.ai
In the left sidebar, click Projects (or the + icon next to "Projects")
Click Create Project
Name it with the client's name: "Riverside Café Brand" or "Acme Corp Design"
You'll land on the project page — it has a chat area and a Project Knowledge section
